What you’ll do:

  • Work on the configuration of Sales Cloud;
  • Consult clients on the best solutions of Salesforce for their business processes;
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns;
  • Assist in presales activities for Salesforce consulting, like gathering and validating the Salesforce requirements and feasibility;
  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions;
  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.

What we expect:

  • Understand business processes as if it’s your second language;
  • Have strong business analysis skills;
  • Thrive when talking to clients and always look for the best solutions;
  • Could manage client’s expectations;
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Have at least basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform;
  • Background in CRM process design and implementation.
